National, Local & Consultant Leaders

The Kite TSA is very proud to have a growing number of National, Local and Consultant Headteachers working on the strategic direction of The Kite TSA. Please see below some of the senior leader colleagues who are in the Kite Alliance. These are all excellent headteachers who are skilled and experienced in working with individuals and schools to support school and system improvement.
If you need support from one of the Leaders listed below please contact The Kite TSA in the first instance. The Kite TSA will organise for you to meet with the headteacher and senior staff from your school to discuss the challenges you face and what help is needed. Their work will subsequently be tailored in partnership with you.

They can get involved in different ways, including:

– Coaching and mentoring prospective and newly appointed headteachers
– Working with your school alongside the staff in their own school
– Working with your school on their own
– Their staff working with your school under their initial direction
